Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage creative and design projects from brief to delivery. You’ll work closely with campaign managers, marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met with excellence. You will be expected to meet and manage creative service revenue targets as part of your responsibilities. Why this is important to VisaThe Visa Design and Creative Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up. What you will needYou will bring a strong passion for creative, design, and production process, complemented by a solid understanding of resource management. As a solutions-oriented professional, you’ll be able to work independently while collaborating effectively across studio and cross-functional teams. This role demands strong influencing capabilities and proven project management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities with confidence, applies a structured approach to delivery, and navigates ambiguity with ease.Project Scheduling & Workflow ManagementDevelop and maintain project timelines and schedules. Allocate resources effectively across creative, design, copywriting, and production teams. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as the central point of contact between account managers, creatives, marketing managers and production teams internally and externally. Facilitate daily status meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities and deadlines. Resource ManagementTrack team capacity and availability to optimize workload distribution. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Process OptimizationImplement and refine traffic systems and tools to improve efficiency. Ensure adherence to agency processes and best practices. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate records of project timelines, deliverables, and resource usage. Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business, Creative, or any related field of study. Minimum 8 years’ experience in a creative capacity in a creative, marketing or agency environment, preferably in an agency with a global network. Strong understanding of creative production processes across digital, print, and video. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Good presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Knowledge in generative AI tools for project management is ideal. PMP or Agile certification is an advantage but not requiredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proactive, organised and systematic with effective time management skills. Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced and hands-on environment. Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation.
