Dynasty Food & Beverage Industries is looking for Manager - Sales (Beverage-FMCG Division)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Context:Dynasty Food & Beverage Industries is one of the leading bottled potable water manufacturing company in Bangladesh. The presence of its bottled potable water products (such as Alkaline Water, Natural Mineral Water. Drinking Water under the brand names SAKURA and SAMURAI) is vividly visible in the market place. The company is looking for dedicated, hardworking, self-driven and goal-congruent individuals to lead the marketing and sales at different locations in Dhaka.Job Responsibilities:Develop regular sales of Alkaline Water, Natural Mineral Water and Packaged Drinking Water under the brand names SAKURA and SAMURAI and other products for exponential growth of the company.Ensure opening of new dealer points, retailers and corporate clients, and plan for area demarcation.Ensure repeat sales of stocks of dealer points, retailers, corporate and all other clients.Visit outlets as per regular market visit plan and collect market information of competitive brands.Ensure that the retailers are addressing the product display and product hygiene issues with care.Inform the respective authority of the non-saleable, twisted and short- dated products for necessary corrective actions.Conduct On- the- Job-Training on regular basis to keep the dealers and retailers updated on the product knowledge, promotional activities, upcoming products etc.Create sales report and provide daily sales reports to authority.Compile and provide the customers feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisors.Report to authorities about various consumer programmes of competitor companies.Strive hard and keep the retailers on right track so that the set target is achieved every month.Confirm and communicate on party balance (quantity, value etc.) to all members of sales team and prepare documents & information for party balance reconciliationArrange and coordinate weekly/monthly sales meetings and prepare all sales related internal & external notice, letter, notes, messages, meetings minutes in a timely mannerIdentify and solve problems of field force (incentives, online-postings, attendance/leave/resign issues) by communicating with superiors.Monitor/track field force attendance regularly and ensure mobilization of the field force on time.Prepare monthly attendance report accordingly, maintain leave record and Assist HR department to prepare monthly field force Salary & TA/DA sheet.Prepare different types of analytical reports (sales staff-wise monthly sales target, achievements, sales activity report & KPI report) Daily, Weekly & Monthly related with Sales and Distribution as per requirement of Line Head.Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by superiors.Educational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineMasters degree in any disciplineBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Major in Marketing preferred)Experience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Beverage,Mineral WaterAdditional RequirementsAt least 5 year(s) in relevant field (beverage Industries preferred).Must have good command of computer and English and Bangla languages.The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG)Skills Required: Sales performance, Monitoring and Reporting, Supervision, Team work, Sales AdminOwn transport like bike or car is preferable.Candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working, Career focused.Candidates are encouraged to study about our company and products before attending interviewsJob LocationDhaka
