You will be the driving force behind transforming ideas into visually compelling stories that are relevant with our audience and strengthen our brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a variety of channels including digital platforms, print media, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.Collaborate effectively with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop innovative creative concepts and strategic design solutions.Uphold and ensure consistency of the brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.Create engaging and effective layouts, illustrations, infographics, animations, and promotional materials.Proactively stay updated with the latest industry trends, design standards, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and innovation of creative output.Efficiently manage multiple projects and task lists simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.Actively contribute creative ideas and design expertise during team brainstorming sessions.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersSkills Required: Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe creative Suite, Video Editing, 2D 3D Animation, Color Theory, Typography, Adobe IllustratorExperience Requirements3 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Retail Store, Sanitary wareAdditional RequirementsBoth males and females are allowed to applyA strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in design, branding, and digital creatives, with a focus on motion graphics.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.A versatile multi-disciplinary designer capable of handling a wide range of tasks including Motion Graphics, 2D/3D Animation and Video Editing to meet all creative visual requirements.Solid foundational knowledge of Typography, Color theory, and Layout principles.Excellent ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcome.Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management to meet deadlines.Job LocationDhaka (Nikunja)
