We serve the majority segment of Latinos who are English-first and digital-first with culturally relevant content that appeals to the largest cultural audience of today and tomorrow.Manager, Ad Sales MarketingAbout the Role: Reporting into the Director of Ad Sales Marketing, the Manager of Ad Sales Marketing plays a key role in campaign development, program management, and the execution of ad-sales driven, custom multi-platform content initiatives. This role supports Sales by developing and delivering compelling, culturally-driven proposals that leverage the mitú brand along with our core IP and franchises across CREMA, FIERCE, Hispanic Kitchen, and Somos mitú. The Manager partners cross-functionally to bring these programs to life across all platforms, ensuring they are strategically grounded, on-brand, and built to drive measurable results.This role serves as a liaison with our Creative, Branded Production, Brands, Editorial, and Studios teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that connect their brands with the clients’ objectives that lead the activation of marketing campaigns across all platforms.As manager you will assist in client-facing development of digital and social marketing programs, interacting with both internal and external cross-disciplinary teams, including clients, media agencies, production, experiential agencies, sales, creative, production, social media, editorial, programming, legal, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesRFP Response StrategySupport the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, including strategic planning, managing timelines, assisting in deck development, and presentation delivery.Assist in gathering materials, data and audience insights from intern teams to strengthen submissions.Help ensure proposals are compelling, client-focused, and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each RFP.Maintain the seller’s library of past proposals, case studies, and templates to streamline future responses.Proactive Solution DevelopmentPartner with brand and sales to develop proactive solutions and pitches that address emerging client needs and industry trends and increase the visibility and value of company brands/platforms.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity and cultural moments that inspire new campaign ideas.Assist in developing a B2B sales strategy and execution that drives company awareness and credibility in the trades and drives social media engagementAssist in coordinating with external or third-party partners as needed.Client Support and Project Management.Own day-to-day project coordination across Sales, Creative, Production, Editorial, and Strategy to ensure campaigns and proposals move forward on time and on briefSchedule and facilitate internal RFP and campaign status calls; organize agendas and secure pre-reads when neededCapture and circulate Campaign Summaries, Meeting Recaps, and Action Items to Sales Directors and cross-functional stakeholders leveraging AI tools (Fireflies.ai)Create and manage dedicated RFP Slack channels and MONDAY pipelines to centralize communication, timelines, and deliverablesAssist with RFP deck development by pulling relevant insights, case studies, and platform capabilitiesHelp maintain and update go-to-market sales collateral and standard RFP template decksManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals and solutionsPerformance Tracking and ReportingMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of proposals and campaigns to refine future strategies.Prepare and present reports on proposal success rates, client feedback, and market trends to senior leadership and Sales.Experience And QualificationsBachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience developing integrated media and content marketing programs across a platforms, with emphasis on digital and social activationExperience within related cable/broadcast television, advertising agency or digital company with ad supported revenue is also preferredExcellent written and oral presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large audiencesConversant in all social platforms (especially FB, IG, TikTok) to best activate fan engagement/marketing strategiesStrong creative instincts with a passion for content, media and the U.S. Hispanic marketAbility to work effectively across multiple departments and external partiesComfortable/capable of working on multiple campaigns/proposals in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate collaboration, negotiation skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, project management, creative ideation, pitching clients, building relationships and leadershipStrong desire to work for a national brand and to contribute to innovation in digital media within the organizationNGLmitú is a GoDigital Media Group company and we operate with the following core values:Personal Improvement & WellbeingEmpowered ThinkingIntegrity & FairnessServiceCompany BenefitsAt NGLmitú, we offer an industry leading benefits package that includes a variety of benefits including unlimited paid time off, ability to work 100% remotely, health insurance, dental insurance, tax deferred retirement plans, and access to experts in preventative care.
