Mô tả công việcConduct training needs analysis to design structured learning curricula for the Bancassurance salesforce, including FSCs, bankers, and sales leaders.Design and develop training courses and modules; research, create, and adapt new content to address evolving business and learner needs.Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in business processes, tools, and techniques.Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, conduct model teaching demonstrations, and implement trainer certification processes to ensure effective knowledge transfer and consistent training quality across the salesforce and internal training teams.Monitor and incorporate updates from internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain training content relevance and compliance.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods such as live session observations, post-training learner surveys, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure continuous enhancement of training quality.Continuously monitor market trends, industry best practices, and competitor training approaches to enhance training program design and delivery, ensuring greater relevance, innovation, and effectiveness.Yêu cầu công việcEducation: Bachelor degree is required; majors in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management and EducationExperience: From 3-5 years of experience working in the banking, financial service or insurance industry, with a background in training or sales enablement.Technical Skills: Proficient in instructional design, Familiar with using AI tools to enhance training content and deliverySoft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and concepts clearly, Excellent planning, multitasking, and time management abilities, Creative thinking and a learner-centric mindset.
