Job Description
SCOPE The Brand and Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s communication strategies/plans to enhance brand awareness, maintain a positive public image, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role acts as a key liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including media, customers, employees, and the public, to effectively convey the company’s vision, values, and goals; Significantly maintain a strong brand presence of real estate projects, but are not limited to hotel and resorts, villas and condominium sales, retail, recreation, theme park and other suitable potential new developments.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategic Communication PlanningDevelop and implement integrated communication strategies/plans that align with the company/projects’ goals and objectives.Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to maximize engagement and impact.Brand DevelopmentMonitor and adapt Brand strategies effectively Develop and implement Brand plans that align with the company/projects’ goals and objectives.Public Relations ManagementCultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure favorable coverage and handle crisis communication (if any).Act as the company’s spokesperson when required and manage media inquiries.Brand Management Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image across all communication platforms. Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Content DevelopmentOversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, speeches, articles, website updates, and social media.Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand voice, tone, and guidelines.Internal Communication Develop internal communication plans to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the Development Division’s requirements.Organize newsletters, and other internal communication activities.Event managementPlan and execute press conferences, CSR activities, public campaigns.Coordinate in operating sales events (if any)Measurement and ReportingTrack and analyze the performance of communication strategies through KPIs and metrics.Prepare reports and recommendations to refine communication approaches based on insights and feedback.Vendor and Partner Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and partners including Brand, PR agencies, Medias, and event to ensure quality and timely delivery of communication services. Maintain high standards for communication outputs and leverage external expertise effectively.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or a related field is typically required. A master degree or MBA could be advantageous.Experience:Brand and Communication experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Brand and communication or public relationship with a focus on real estate or related sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, retails, recreation, theme park and other suitable potential new developments. Industry knowledge: Proven trach record in the real estate industry, demonstrating an understanding of market and competitive landscape in both local and regional (APAC) markets.Skills:Proven experience in brand and communication management (preferably in real estate), digital communication tools, social media platforms, and media relations.Communication: Fluent in English is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as Adobe InDesign, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.Creativity: Ability to develop key messages or taglines that capture the target audience's attention.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and team members.
