The role includes problem-solving, project delivery, process optimization, and strong client management while serving as a market-facing representative of Protiviti.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end process consulting and operational excellence projectsDeliver solutions in areas such as process re-engineering, cost optimization, policy & procedure development, DoA, internal controls, ISO implementation, Lean Six Sigma, and process maturity assessmentsManage client expectations and ensure high-quality project outcomesPresent insights, reports, and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholdersSupport business development through proposal creation and industry networkingHandle multiple consulting projects across E&U and Manufacturing sectorsRequirements7+ years (Manager) / 9+ years (Senior Manager) total experience5+ years consulting experience with proposals and end-to-end deliveryExperience in Energy & Utilities or ManufacturingGCC experience (UAE/Saudi/Qatar/Oman/Kuwait/Bahrain)Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA preferredLean Six Sigma / ISO certifications are a plusStrong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAble to handle pressure, multitask, and lead teams independentlyDetail-oriented, professional, and business-focused Flexible to travel across GCC
