In addition, NVK engages with ventures and businesses across the entire spectrum of the theatrical landscape, including Broadway, large-scale immersive/site-specific works, non-profits, and experiential marketing projects affording the company a uniquely 360° awareness of each sector of the industry, and with it, the ability to cross-pollinate a diverse array of organizational approaches, financial modeling, and technological innovation.Current business management and consulting clients include Seaview, Studio Seaview, KORINS Studio, David Byrne's Arbutus Foundation, Marathon Digital, The Season, Plate Spinner Productions, P3 Productions, Fiona Rudin Productions, Avadon Broadway, AF Creative Media, and Wellness Backstage.We strive to:- Have fun and make each other laugh- Perform exemplary, thorough, and generous work for our colleagues and clients- Not work on weekends and maintain a healthy work/life balance///NVK seeks to add a full-time position - Manager, Client Relations - to its growing team to support the business management side of the firm.Main responsibilities will include:- Day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple projects/clients in Quickbooks Online- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable- Processing payroll- Bank and credit card reconciliations- Recording and analysis of all banking and credit card activity- Banking administration with bank contacts and online platforms- Regularly generating and analyzing financial reports- Creation and maintenance of budget, cash bow, and revenue documents in google sheets/excel on a monthly basis- Administration related to business insurance policies- Supporting the CEO and COO on general administrative tasksRequirements include:- Fully versed with all aspects of Quickbooks online from managing a synced banking feed, credit card transactions, entering and paying bills, creating invoices and receiving payments, entering journal entries, etc.- Excellent with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets including ability to create and maintain formulas, linked worksheets and workbooks, etc.- Fluent understanding of accounting reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging Reports, Trial Balance, etc.- Thoroughness and high attention to detail- Excellent with Google Drive and fastidious with digital file management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- An interest in communicating externally with clients, with an ability to navigate careful interactions- An interest in working collaboratively with a small team to crush goalsPreferences include:- Experience with Gusto payroll processing software- Experience with Slack- Awareness of/interest in the theater industryWork location:- Hybrid; we typically all try to be in the office Monday thru Wednesday (office is in midtown west), but this can be flexibleSalary Range:- $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience- 3% guaranteed 401k contribution annually- Monthly cell phone contributionPlease provide a resume and brief cover letter, but no need to spend exorbitant time here.
