Relationship Manager Cloud Sales in Government and Corporate Sales will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, promoting CMPak’s comprehensive suite of Cloud & Data Center solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive market, have a techno-commercial acumen, and possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications and technology industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.The Sales Professional – ICT Solutions & Partnerships will be responsible for driving business growth by upselling ICT solutions, forging strategic partnerships, achieving sales targets, and managing a high-performing sales team.The role requires a deep understanding of ICT products and services, the ability to identify new revenue streams, and a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.Job Responsibilities: Seek and engage new business prospects across various industry verticals to drive growth and innovation.Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and comprehensive market analysis.Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets by promoting CMPak’s Cloud & Data Center Solutions.Work closely with the product and product support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with current market trends and client needs.Meet and exceed retention and recovery targets for the assigned client portfolio.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to thoroughly understand client requirements & industry verticals and propose tailored technology solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.Provide expert consultative advice to clients on the optimal application of technology solutions to meet their specific challenges.Collaborate continuously with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.Seek and engage new business prospects across various industry verticals to drive growth and innovation.Establish and maintain a robust closely with the product and product support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with current market trends and client needs.Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies for ICT solutions, including managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions.Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue from existing clients.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and industry players to expand business opportunities.Lead sales negotiations and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align offerings with market demands.Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to achieve business objectives.Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills):Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Business, or related field.Work Experience: Preferably minimum 3-4 Years Skills – Generic: Adaptability and flexibility in a corporate environmentProven ability to upsell and cross-sell ICT solutions.Strong expertise in developing and managing strategic partnerships.Excellent negotiation skills and deal-closing capabilities.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.Sound understanding of ICT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, managed WiFi, and enterprise networking.Experience in handling large B2B and B2G accounts.Strong grasp of cloud-based products & solutions, including preparation and delivery of product presentations to corporate customersVendor management, project management, direct exposure to Bidding, Tender, RFI, RFPExceptional negotiation and contract management abilitiesEffective training and development capabilitiesProject management and coordination skillsAdaptability and flexibility in a corporate environmentSkills – Job Specific: Strong techno-commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the latest Cloud technologies, Example, AWS/Azure, Huawei, SAP, SAAS, PAAS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, etc.Prior experience in Sales within the System integration, OEM, or technology industry is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Fast learner; can understand product descriptions and key selling points quickly.Self-motivated and passionate about solving customer challenges.Proficiency in working on tender documents and RFPs, extracting customer requirements, making technical and financial proposals in response to tenders and RFPs, and bidding submissionExperience in customer requirement collection, proposal submission, and project delivery, especially in the cloud domainSound understanding of ICT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, managed WiFi, and enterprise networking.Experience in handling large B2B and B2G accounts.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Fast learner; can understand product descriptions and key selling points quickly.Self-motivated and passionate about solving customer challenges.Hands-on experience in handling product operations, specifically cloud operations, including presales, in-sales & post-sales activitiesExperience in designing & building enterprise cloud-based solutions, including infrastructure, cloud & security solutions, and other PaaS & SaaS servicesProficiency in working on tender documents and RFPs, extracting customer requirements, making technical and financial proposals in response to tenders and RFPs, and bidding submission
