In this role, you’ll lead the creative development and launch of creators’ owned storefronts on VETTE, working closely with them on strategy, merchandising, marketing integration, and performance growth. This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of creator commerce — helping tastemakers unlock scalable and sustainable revenue through VETTE.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain deep, trusted relationships with VETTE creators and their teams, serving as their day-to-day point of contact.Onboard talent and guide them through the end-to-end storefront development process — from initial vision to launch and iteration.Ensure creator satisfaction, alignment, and long-term success on the platform.Creative & Storefront StrategyCollaborate with creators on editorial, product curation, and visual storytelling strategies that reflect their brand and audience. Partner with internal teams (brand, product, merchandising, design) to bring each creator’s storefront vision to life.Act as a strategic sounding board for creators, helping them evolve their stores with seasonal refreshes, trend integrations, and community moments.Marketing & Channel DevelopmentSupport creators in developing go-to-market strategies across social, email, and other owned/earned channels.Guide content strategy and best practices to drive traffic and conversions.Collaborate with VETTE’s marketing team to spotlight creators in brand initiatives, campaigns, and platform storytelling.Performance Insights & GrowthDeliver ongoing reporting and performance insights to help creators understand their revenue, customer behavior, and growth levers.Identify and implement optimizations that scale store performance and audience reach.Act as an advocate for creator needs and provide feedback internally to inform platform development and product improvements.Qualifications4-year Bachelor of Arts Degree4–6 years of experience in creator/talent partnerships, influencer strategy, or social-driven e-commerce.Proven track record managing top-tier creators, tastemakers, or influencers — ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.Deep understanding of creator business models, monetization strategies, and the evolving social media landscape.Experience building out performance-based marketing strategies with creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newsletters.Passion for digital culture, storytelling, and helping creators grow their businesses.Excellent interpersonal, creative, and strategic thinking skills.Strong understanding of analytics and how to translate performance data into action.The expected base salary range for this position is from $77k - $95k.
