We are hiring Manager - Crusher Key Responsibilities:Oversee crusher operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Manage and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations.Monitor equipment performance, implement maintenance schedules, and optimize processes.Prepare reports on operational performance, resource utilization, and departmental outcomes. Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline.Minimum 10+ years of experience in crusher operations, mining, or heavy equipment management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, materials handling, and safety standards.Proficient in operational monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
