Location: RemoteCompensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually + Competitive VariableAbout The RoleThe Manager, Customer Success leads the post-sales success engine for SprintRay, overseeing the teams responsible for customer activation, 3D printing utilization, workflow adoption, and recurring revenue growth across resin, design services, warranties, training, and accessories.This role manages both the Account Specialist team (inside sales) and Clinical Success Guru team (field trainers), ensuring customers achieve rapid onboarding success, strong clinical outcomes, and high long-term utilization.We are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader with strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping dental practices succeed with digital workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesRecurring Revenue Growth & Customer UtilizationOwn recurring revenue performance across resin, design services, warranties, accessories, and training.Develop and execute strategies to deepen usage within the existing customer base.Increase workflow adoption by promoting new applications, materials, and advanced clinical workflows.Team Leadership & CoachingLead and develop the Account Specialist (inside sales) and Clinical Success Guru (field training) teams.Build a high-performance, customer-centric culture aligned with SprintRay’s mission and values.Provide ongoing coaching, skill development, and performance management.Customer Activation & OnboardingEnsure new customers achieve rapid onboarding milestonesOversee proactive engagement plans to increase long-term utilization and satisfaction.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, SprintRay University, and Product to create a seamless customer journey.Identify and remove friction points impacting customer activation, repeat usage, and ROI.Support strategic accounts and escalate complex issues as needed.Operations & Performance ManagementTrack, analyze, and report recurring revenue KPIs and customer utilization metrics.Leverage CRM and BI tools to drive insight-based decisions.Support team quota attainment and individual performance metrics.Customer Engagement & Field SupportAttend key industry events, trainings, and customer visits.Co-travel with Gurus to observe workflows, support customers, and gather field insights.Advocate internally for customer needs and product experience improvements.Required Qualifications5–7+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management (B2B preferred).2+ years leading customer-facing or revenue-generating teams.Dental, medical device, or healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to grow revenue, increase utilization, and lead high-performing teams.Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and CRM/BI experience.Excellent communication, leadership presence, and relationship-building skills.Customer-first mentality with strong problem-solving capabilities.Ability to travel ~25%.Employment TypeFulltimeAbout SprintRaySprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
