Manager – Value Proposition & Lifecycle Management📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite)📅 Contract: 24 months, with possibility of extension and FTE conversion🏦 Industry: Banking/Financial ServicesWe are looking for a Manager – Value Proposition & Lifecycle Management to join our team in Toronto. This role will focus on leading the design and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns, developing customer value propositions, and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and drive growth.Must-Have Qualifications5+ years of experience in financial services or a related fieldStrong knowledge of banking product management and customer lifecycle managementExperience executing customer strategies and value propositions across stakeholdersSkilled in lifecycle campaign management (strategy, execution, measurement)Strong quantitative, analytical, and business case development skillsProficiency with Power BI (viewing/analyzing dashboards)Advanced PowerPoint and ExcelNice-to-Have QualificationsPrevious experience at a Top 5 Canadian bankMBA
