About usMADLAB is a creative DMC based in South Africa, curating luxury events for the MICE industryboth locally and internationally.The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to be the voice of MADLAB.You’ll drive engagement, create content, and build strong relationships with our community.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement communication strategies• Create engaging content - Instagram ; Linkedin ; Newsletter ; Press release• Ability to produce content on-site• Manage online communities on social media platforms• Track and report on key community metrics: reach, engagement, sentiment, retention, growth• Strong organizational / project-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiativesProfile• Graphic design basics / video editing skills and storytelling• Strong aesthetic sense, sleek, modern, and creative• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident voice that can be playful, bold, creative• Able to align and embrace MADLAB’s brand image and vision• Flexible, ambitious, independent and proactive• Driver’s license requiredTools:• Canva, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Video editing app, Adobe suiteSend your CV + Portfolio (e.g: video, accomplished project, proposals for MADLAB, etc.) contact@themadlab.co.za
