27 Oct 2025Facility and Work Location - Brampton and Employee Type - Regular Employee FT SalariedAbout This OpportunityManager, Direct Procurement and Supply Management will be reporting to Senior Manager, Direct Procurement and Supply Management. This role is the interface with different stakeholders, suppliers & Coca Cola procurement group. The successful candidate is a problem solver, a very good communicator, who has a drive for continuous improvement, technical understanding, and supplier relationship management.ResponsibilitiesActing as the liaison with North America Procurement group and the voice of the Canadian bottler in the different forums, representing our plant teams’ asks, ensuring service, cost and cash targets are prioritizedCollecting facts, vetting information, negotiating liability with suppliers for defective materials and/or supply chain issues, leading and coordinating bringing different stakeholders together to drive issue resolution while ensuring partnershipHolding suppliers accountable to continuous improvement, root causing and following through with corrective actions and implementation plans, while ensuring gaps are escalated properly & SLAs are followedLeading change management related to supplier transitions, sourcing change, location change, making sure stakeholders are aligned on steps & success criteria, this includes working with plant teams, quality, planning, reliability engineers, technical contacts, and calling out risks proactivelyLeading cost savings and cost avoidance negotiations to meet annual targetCollaborating with finance & other stakeholders to build bottom-up budgets for own categoriesAbility to handle crisis, develop and Maintain Business Continuity Plans, and bring issues to closureQualificationsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in direct procurement, supplier relationship management, with a preference for previous engineering or technical background on beverage production lines to help dissect technical issues Knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes and systems is a plusOEM experience is an asset Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or Business is preferredAbout Us: Proudly Canadian and Independently Owned, We are Coke Canada!Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is Canada’s premier bottling company.
