Our focus is on creating impactful learning experiences that empower professionals to develop skills, drive innovation, and lead in their respective fields.Position OverviewSITLEARN is seeking a proactive professional to drive employer partnerships that create quality job opportunities and industry projects for learners in the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP). You will work closely with employers to source roles, support job matching, and help learners move toward interviews, offers, and sustained employment after course completion.Reports to: Deputy Director, Marketing & Insights.Key Responsibilities Employer Strategy & Account ManagementDevelop and execute a sector-specific partner acquisition plan (e.g., ICT, operations, data, design) aligned with programme goals.Manage a portfolio of employer accounts with defined engagement strategies, regular touchpoints, and success metrics.Formalise partnerships through MOUs or SLAs where relevant; ensure alignment on job requirements, timelines, and feedback mechanisms. Demand Generation & Role SourcingProactively identify and source job vacancies, traineeships, and live industry projects tailored to learner profiles.Advise employers on inclusive job design, realistic candidate criteria, and skills-based hiring practices.Maintain a real-time job board and referral process via CRM, ensuring timely and accurate vacancy listings. Matching, Referrals & ConversionCollaborate with the Learner Engagement team to screen and match candidates to relevant opportunities.Support both employers and candidates throughout the hiring process. From interview preparation, assessment tasks and salary benchmarking to offer negotiation.Track and optimise funnel performance (referral → interview → offer → hire) through data analysis and strategic interventions. Employer Branding & EventsPlan and execute targeted hiring events (career fairs, talent showcases, hackathons, site visits) with Marketing support.Organise industry panels and alumni sessions to deepen employer engagement and enhance learner preparedness. Labour Market Intelligence & Programme FeedbackCapture insights on evolving skills demand, tools, and job roles to inform curriculum updates and capstone project design.Produce quarterly sector briefs to guide employer outreach and strategic focus. Compliance, Records & ReportingMaintain up-to-date employer and vacancy data in the CRM/LMS; ensure adherence to PDPA and data privacy regulations.Track and report outcomes (e.g., job offers, start dates, titles, salaries where available) for audit and performance monitoring.Comply with institutional policies, including fair employment and ethical hiring standards.Qualifications And SkillsTertiary qualification in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in employer partnerships, recruitment/talent acquisition, B2B business development, or career services.Demonstrated success in building hiring pipelines and placing candidates; industry networks in high-demand sectors a plus.Experience organising hiring events and managing CRMs or applicant tracking systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at both HR and hiring-manager levels.Excellent matching judgement and commercial awareness; confident navigating hiring funnels using data insights.Effective communicator and presenter; capable of professionally representing the institution.Highly organised, results-driven, and collaborative; committed to learner success, inclusion, and diversity.
