Strategic and Operational ProjectsLead facility projects relating to building systems, equipment, or physical infrastructureReview and report on building systems, ancillary equipment and facility preparedness for mergers and acquisitionsWork with Plant and Maintenance management to develop plans for building system or infrastructure upgrades including sustainable implementationsLead multi-functional teams in project initiatives including internal and external resources such as contractors and vendors.Work with project managers to support building system needs for manufacturing engineering projectsDevelop, track, and manage operating and capital budgets for facility-related expenditures.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.Building SystemsStandardize building services and ancillary systems such as security, compressed air, fire protection, HVAC, back-up power, water conservation and meteringEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and local regulations.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in energy efficiency and sustainability.Construction and RenovationPlan and manage construction, renovation, and optimization projects across all company facilities.Develop and manage annual capital plans for leasehold improvements, facility repairs, and upgrades.Ensure all projects meet code compliance, health and safety standards, and organizational specifications.Coordinate with external stakeholders including ministries, landlords, insurance providers, and governing authorities.Asset and Maintenance System ManagementImplement and maintain a standardized ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities.Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.Layout and Site Plan RepositoryDevelop and maintain a plant/warehouse site plan repository to house drawing packages and layouts for all HPS locations.Ensure updated drawings are obtained, saved and organized from internal and external stakeholders including vendors and contractors
