Manager – Financial Control

Our client, a global Asset Manager, are currently looking to hire a Manager within their group finance function. This role offers exposure to complex fund structures, partnership accounting, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced global environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, and coordinate audits with external auditors.Manage complex partnership and equity accounting, including carried interest and management fee computations.Support operational activities such as month-end close, expense analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.Key Requirements:Professional qualification is essential (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).4-8 years PQE experience in a financial or management accounting role, with exposure to Investment Management, Funds or Capital Markets.Exposure to Private Markets or Private Equity funds is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlinesHow to Apply:For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this link.Due to application volume, only candidates who meet the specific criteria as laid out on the job specification will be shortlisted to discuss.
