As Manager Forecasting & Demand Planning (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our dynamic multi-channel forecasting and demand planning process to ensure our exciting product range is available to our customers at the right time, right price and place.Your TasksEnd-to-end ownership of the forecasting process across all our sales channels (B2C eCommerce, B2B retail, B2B marketplaces, own retail)Consolidation and analysis of data from Online and Offline channels to create accurate and granular demand forecastsAlignment of forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teamsImplementation of demand planning strategies to encode product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks into the dataMonitoring of forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and underlying processesAssuring optimal inventory and service levels across the supply chain, channels and countriesCreation of scenario analyses to support business decisionsYour ProfileUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of professional experience, including experience in demand planning or data analysis, preferably within the retail sectorHighly analytical and detail-oriented with strong data analysis skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partnersProactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive for continuous improvementFluent in English; German is a plusWhat we offerDynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.
