Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a Manager for our Mobile Networks FPRA team in Espoo, Finland. In this role you will be exposed to Mobile Networks financial analysis, performance management, planning, target setting and capital allocation. You will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing financial performance within the MN business. Your work supports the strategic decision-making of the Business Group Leadership Team.This position calls for a finance, banking or consulting professional, eager to influence outcomes in a dynamic global technology landscape and build a career at a flagship company in the European technology industry. This role provides exceptional bird’s-eye visibility into MN’s overall strategy, financial planning processes, and its broad portfolio of products and services. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to key financial decisions that shape the business. Given its strategic scope and cross-functional exposure, this role also serves as a strong springboard to advanced finance leadership opportunities across Nokia.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnPerform financial analysis on the financial business performance of Mobile Networks and its business units for management purposes.Develop robust financial models for effective business planning, investment decisions, and performance tracking.Utilize modern tools to enhance analysis and forecast accuracy while identifying critical trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and guide strategic decision-making.Drive simplification and automation of FPRA processes by leveraging digital tools and systems for improved efficiency.Key Skills And ExperienceMust-Have:Several years of relevant experience in finance, banking or management consultancy preferably from multinational companies.Advanced knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.Demonstrated ability in quantitative financial analysis, with experience in developing financial models.Experience with finance systems and tools, and data visualization platforms.Proven presentation skills to convey financial insights.Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Master’s degree in finance, industrial engineering, or similar relevant field.Nice-to-Have:Cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.Desire to develop and implement innovative solutions using latest technologies for evolving business needs.#Nokia2025About Us Come create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
