Manager, Hospitality

Hospitality Manager Franciscan Sisters, Little Falls, MN, have an opening for a part-time Hospitality Manager. Monday Friday, 5 hours per day, occasional weekends and evenings. The Hospitality Manager is responsible for management of meeting rooms and overnight guest rooms. Communicate with individuals and groups to arrange dates and accommodations for private and group retreats, workshops, meetings, or tours at St. Francis Convent/Center. Assign rooms and check accommodation to assure guests comfort and safety. Works closely with other department directors to ensure requirements of groups are met, i.e., food service, room set-up, and technology needs. Responsible for the management of the department s budget and billing of clients. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher). Hours: 25 hours per week, flexibility with weekends and evenings Starting wage range: $20-$23 per hour Benefits begin the first of the month following start date.
