Job DescriptionJob Requirements:Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a small to medium team of immigration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performanceServe as the in-house expert on Middle East immigration laws, policies, and proceduresEnsure all immigration strategies and activities are tailored to the specific legal, cultural, and operational nuances of the regionEnsure full compliance with immigration laws and government regulations across Middle Eastern countriesProactively monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity and legal integrityDevelop and implement strategic immigration policies and processes for the Middle East regionEnsure compliance with local laws, government regulations, mobility standards, and internal policiesPartner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders to support workforce planning and employee mobilityEvaluate and streamline immigration processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce processing time, and improve employee experienceTrack immigration metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to leadershipProactively monitor immigration trends, risks, and regulatory changes, advising leadership accordinglyProven experience in leading organizational readiness for regulatory changes or immigration reforms in Middle EastProvide guidance, resources, and training to business stakeholders on evolving immigration practices and requirementsDemonstrated people leadership and management skillsStrong business acumen with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high stakes and change-driven environmentKnowledgeable of industry best practices and know how to leverage these to achieve world-class resultsHighly organized and able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
