Implements effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally to decrease time frameExecutes pre-screening phone interviews for junior & midlevel job roles in order to interview live only shortlisted candidates with minimum job requirementsExecutes screening interviews for junior & midlevel job roles to shortlist eligible candidates to the next interviews with the businessPerforms day-to-day processing and recruiting-related support activities in order to provide backup to the team. Staff On-BoardingCoordinates the new employees ’onboarding program to ensure consistency in the delivery of key informationHandles the first day of onboarding program of the new employees to ensure their smooth introduction to the companyPerformance ManagementKeeps track of the Probation Appraisal process to ensure evaluation is carried out on time and proper documentation is maintainedRequirements:Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field2-3 years experience in RecruitmentFluent in EnglishKnowledge in Competency Based interviewingGood Presentation skillsGood reporting skills
