What The Role IsYou are responsible for developing and executing the strategy for MINDEF/SAF's social media influencer engagement hub and ensuring that social media influencer campaigns are coordinated with wider Strategic Communications (SC) campaigns and objectives to gain public buy-in and preserve public trust and confidence in national defence, National Service (NS) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).What You Will Be Working On Formulate, coordinate and execute comprehensive social media influencer engagement plans to leverage social media and digital platforms Ensure that social media influencer campaigns are coordinated with wider SC campaigns and objectives Gain public buy-in of MINDEF/SAF's strategic objectives through strategic influencer partnerships Preserve public trust and confidence in national defence, National Service and the SAFChallenge(s) Navigating policy and political implications and objectives with in-depth understanding of operational considerations and concernsWhat We Are Looking For Education in Communication Studies, Political Science or Social Sciences, or Science and Technology (Information and Communication Technology, Digital Media, Information Science etc.) Creative, embrace social media as a lifestyle and adept at writing for different platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Strong command of both written and spoken English Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is useful Ability to work independently Meticulous and detail-oriented(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
