MANAGER INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT OPERATIONS EUROPELOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands.ResponsibilitiesAs our Manager IKA Operations Europe, you are responsible for the analysis of IKA performance data, reporting and performance optimization.You will analyze trade marketing data and provide insights to optimize promotional strategies, track performance, and support strategic decisions across IKA. Ensures clear reporting, actionable recommendations, and effective cross-functional collaboration.Your main focus:Analyze sell-in, sell-out, promotional ROI, and performance trendsDevelop and maintain dashboards/reports for KPIs and insightsConduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-makingRecommend promotional strategy improvements (targeting, timing, mechanics)Monitor competitor promotions and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to share insights and align actionsWorking for Coty means you’ll get to work in a diverse environment with a team who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into impactful business actions. With 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, beauty/cosmetics, or retail, you combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen, and you get the energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
