Manager, Investment (Credit/Private Debt Investment)

Description 국내 물류센터, 데이터센터, 오피스 등 상업용 부동산 자산을 기초 자산으로 한 사모대출(Private Debt) 및 크레딧(Private Credit) 투자 건 분석 및 추진 사모대출 및 크레딧 투자 구조화, 모델링 및 분석 역량 대출투자약정 체결, 사후관리 및 제반 규제 당국 리포팅 투자심의보고서 및 제안서(IM) 작성, 시장조사 분석 및 운용전략 수립 실사기관(법률, 물리, 환경, 재무 등) 조율, 검토 및 보고서 작성 운용 중인 펀드 관리 및 운용 투자자 대응 및 보고자료 작성 Analyze and execute private debt and credit transactions backed by domestic logistics centers, data centers, and other real estate assets Structure, model, and analyze private credit and credit investments Manage loan agreements and monitor covenants and triggers as per the executed financial terms Prepare investment committee memo and investment proposals (IM), conduct market research, and establish operational strategies Coordinate with due diligence agencies (legal, physical, environmental, financial), review findings, and prepare reports Daily management and operation of funds under management Prepare investor reports and handle investor communicationsRequirements 부동산 대출/운용 관련 근무 경력자 Excel, Word, Powerpoint 등 MS Office 역량 필수 국내외 4년제 대학교 학사 이상 우수한 영어 능력 (written & verbal) 관련 법규상 국내 근무에 채용 결격사유가 없는 자 Experience in real estate lending and/or asset management Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bachelor’s degree or higher from a domestic or international four-year university Excellent English skills (written & verbal) No disqualifications under relevant laws and regulations to work in Korea
