We are seeking a skilled Manager IT Support to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth network operations across the organization.Location: KarachiQualification Required: BCS/BS I Computer science or any other relevant graduation degreePreferable Courses: CCNA, CTTC, & Cyber Security, Server Software, & Other Networking Related.Job description: Select, recommend, and implement suitable technologies that align with business and operational needs of the insurance company. Design, configure, and customize IT systems, platforms, and applications to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Plan and supervise the implementation, upgrades, and modernization of systems with minimal downtime. Oversee the complete technological infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and branch connectivity. Lead vendor negotiation and contract management to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency. Develop, enforce, and maintain Information Systems (IS) policies, strategies, and standards across the organization. Lead IT support teams, manage daily operations, and drive performance of all IT programs and initiatives. Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive IT security and risk management framework. Establish and enhance an information security management framework, including policies for incident response and threat handling. Continuously assess system vulnerabilities, ensure timely remediation, and lead investigations after incidents with preventive recommendations. Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and evolving cybersecurity requirements. Continuously update the cybersecurity posture by leveraging new technologies, threat intelligence, and best practices, along with handling any tasks assigned by the CEO.If you're ready to contribute to a fastest growing Insurance company, apply now!
