Manager Maintenance AC Division

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Maintenance Manager at the AC/DAC Factory. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and managing equipment repairs. The role also involves supervising maintenance staff and ensuring efficient functioning of all factory equipment to minimize downtime.Job Description1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedure's to ensure optimal equipment and facility performance.2.Set performance goal and conduct regular performance evaluation of maintenance team & equipment's.3. Responsible for overall equipment availability for production to achieve yearly production targets.4. Foster the culture of safety, team work and continuous improvement within the department.5. Track expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost effective maintenance strategy.7.Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.8. Working on new Projects assigned by Factory Management /Division Head.9. Sustainability of Total Productive maintenance.10. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancement in maintenance practices.11. Responsible to Ensure ideal time Availability of machines and control the Machines breakdown.12. To Provide update & feedback to top management on matters related to ISO Standard (as and when required)13. Maintain inventory level of spares and materials necessary to conduct maintenance activities.14. Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendation and industry standards.15.
