We are on the lookout for a dynamic Consulting Manager who brings a blend of Big Four consulting experience and a strong industry background, ideally in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business transformation projects, either from a top-tier consulting firm (demonstrated progression - i.e. promotion within consulting) or from a hands-on role within a manufacturing organisation. We're looking for someone who thrives on driving change, managing complex stakeholder environments, and delivering measurable results. If you've got the consulting experience and industry insight, we'd love to hear from you!What we are looking forMinimum 5-7 years experience in strategy and transformation.Consulting, structured problem solving, story-telling experience.Strong leadership and team management experience.Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and shaping deliverables.Experience in asset intensive organisations such as manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, supply chain, warehousing or facilities management.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing project requirements and client needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
