The Group also maintains strong capabilities in global sports and entertainment content production and marketing.Role PurposeThe purpose of this role is to drive high-performing creator partnerships by sourcing, managing, and optimising relationships with creators, media houses, and specialist vendors to deliver impactful and scalable brand campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping creator-led content strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and elevating campaign performance through strong relationship management and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator & Partnership ManagementLead end-to-end creator partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to contracting and performance oversight.Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators, agencies, talent managers, and media partners to maintain a high-quality creator ecosystem.Ensure all global brand guidelines are clearly communicated and precisely executed by creators.Campaign Strategy & ExecutionCollaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, and operations teams to translate brand goals into effective creator-led content.Manage workflows, timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to compliance and quality standards.Proactively identify optimisation opportunities to enhance creator selection, content quality, and overall ROI.Insights, Reporting & Performance AnalysisAnalyse creator metrics, audience insights, and campaign performance to inform ongoing and future creator strategies.Provide clear, insight-driven recommendations to improve campaign outcomes and strengthen creator partnerships.Operational ExcellenceOversee all partnership processes, ensuring campaigns exceed client expectations and run efficiently.Manage complex data sets, including partner/vendor billing, invoicing, and contractual queries.Experience & Skills3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or digital content production.Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator ecosystem dynamics.Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and key industry stakeholders.Confident in negotiating contracts, usage rights, deliverables, and compensation structures.Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data, creator metrics, and audience insights.Highly organised with excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present confidently to clients.Creative problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to work with complex data and manage billing or vendor-related queries effectively.We welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic.
