Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions

West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Purpose Of PositionAs the Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at West Shore Home, you will take ownership of the merger and acquisition function within West Shore Home to help the company accelerate its growth trajectory. You will need to take an aggressive approach to identifying, communicating, negotiating, and closing deals within the targets set by West Shore Home.Key Role AccountabilitiesConduct research to identify acquisition targets and update Target Tracker.Continue to identify and develop relationships within the market, including targets, sell-side brokers, market indices researchers, and other potential referral sources. If necessary, coordinates with buy side brokers engaged by the company.Meet or exceed the organizations targeted goals of NDAs signed, term sheets issues, LOIs signed, and deals closed.Review and advise the company on all due diligence matters and outcomes (i.e. risks, opportunities, etc.).
