Deliver commercial objectives and grow market share by achieving team annual sales target. Target measurement includes but is not limited to sales volume & revenue, ASP, NSI in relation to Fund to trade support managementManage retail business performance in relation to agreed business objectives brand priorities and product/pricing strategies. Ensure most appropriate coverage of all current and potential key accounts by all sales activities including business planning, new product introduction, managing pricing, distribution, stock in trade, visual merchandising, promotion execution and other sales related activitiesManage accurate volume forecast in relation to sales planningEstablish and implement Joint business planning process with key trade partners Excellence in Merchandising & Execution Drive excellence in merchandising in the areas of Planogram, product facing, listing & distribution and instore displaysExplore category management opportunities through a joint retailer-supplier processFormulate brand promotion with marketing team, set yearly promotion calendar and ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget and timelineWork closely with Customer Marketing team to evaluate and improve promotion effectiveness, merchandising support and operational efficienciesExplore direct retail business opportunity through direct Pop-up store operation Market Environment and Competitor Analysis Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysisMonthly survey on retail pricing and provide commentary on key promotion in tradeActively collect and share trade comments from key accountsIdentify and advise sales opportunities and risk Trade Relationship Maintain effective and smooth trade relationship with Key account clients via day-to-day operations in order to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwillMaintain an updated sales call schedule and survey with core brands. Review and propose new call frequencies and cycles in relation to the business need. Deliver quality and exceptional customer experiences OthersBe an Ambassador of brands through strong product knowledge and exceptional storytelling. Continue to build digital mind-set, and influence retailers for changes in business needs. Collect and synthesize best practicesProfileMinimum 7 years of relevant sales and key account management experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environmentPossessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirableConsistent business achievement with capability of leading sizable team, building team capabilities and transforming commercial organizationStrong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analysing financial dataStrong commercial and data-driven mindset with good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competitionStrong emphasis on compliance, integrity and social sustainabilityCapable of empowering team, coaching and providing feedback to team, managing team resourcesA self-starter, entrepreneurial, customer focused and results oriented team leaderFluent in Korean language with local market experience is essentialGood command of written & spoken English
