This position contributes to a wide range of engagements—including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising, leveraged finance transactions, restructurings, and strategic reviews—by delivering rigorous analytical work, high-quality materials, and reliable support throughout the deal process.Core responsibilities include building advanced financial models, conducting in-depth valuation analyses, and performing detailed reviews of company financials, industry dynamics, and market conditions. The Investment Banking Analyst prepares comprehensive pitchbooks, client presentations, offering materials, and analytical reports that articulate key insights and strategic recommendations.
