Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor (CSA) - Data Center Projects 📍 Seoul, South Korea | Full-timeA global project management and construction consultancy firm with strong APAC presence is expanding its Seoul team. We deliver advanced facilities across data center, industrial, commercial, and logistics sectors-and are seeking a bilingual Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support our growing project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop cost plans, budgets, estimates, and financial forecasts for CSA scopes.Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, reporting, payment assessments, and variation reviews.Lead tendering activities: bid packages, evaluations, negotiations, and contract recommendations.Review design documents, monitor construction progress, and maintain cost, schedule, and QA/QC alignment.Identify risks, support issue resolution, and ensure compliance and site safety.Coordinate with clients, PMs, designers, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery.QualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.5+ years' experience in CSA cost management/QS; data center or mission-critical experience preferred.Familiarity with estimating and cost software (WinEst, Bluebeam, ACC Takeoff, SmartBid, Excel).Strong communication, negotiation, and bilingual (Korean/English) capability.
