Project Support Coordinator

Project Coordinator – Data Center Projects (Korea)We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support large-scale technical and infrastructure projects. This role will assist the Project Manager in ensuring smooth execution and alignment across consultants, contractors, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and maintain communication with stakeholders.Manage project documentation, schedules, submittals, and change requests.Monitor risks and escalate issues as needed.Prepare progress reports and performance metrics for senior management.Oversee lease and utility management, including coordination with landlords and service providers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Experience with data center or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.Bilingual in Korean & English strongly preferred.
