Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation projects within fast-paced, global manufacturing environments. This position suits someone with a solid track record in project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to connect business and technical perspectives in both Korean and English. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, adherence to industry and regulatory standards, and successful completion on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for MES implementations, from initiation and planning to go-live and post-go-live support.Act as the main contact for Korean-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment among all stakeholders.Define project scope, timeline, resource plan, and budget, and proactively manage project risks and issues.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, QA, and client teams) to achieve project milestones and deliverables.Track and monitor project progress using appropriate tools and KPIs to ensure high-quality outcomes.Prepare and deliver regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders in both Korean and English.Ensure full compliance with validation, quality, and regulatory requirements, especially in GMP-regulated environments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.Apply recognized Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP) in day-to-day project execution.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably involving MES, ERP, or manufacturing systems.Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multicultural environments.PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.Hands-on experience with MES solutions or integration with ERP systems is preferred.Knowledge of manufacturing processes—especially in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries—is highly desirable.Willingness to travel to Korea during key project phases.
