You'll be responsible for overseeing operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.You will be tasked with handling any guest inquiries or complaints, managing daily operations, and ensuring that all departments are communicating effectively to maintain our excellent service levels.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns and providing assistance as neededMonitor operations and ensure adherence to company policies and FORBES AND LQA standardsConduct walk-throughs of the property to ensure all areas are maintained to the company's high standardsResolve any administrative or operational problems, aiming for a win-win solutionCommunicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest and team member satisfactionRequirementsMinimum of 3 TO 5 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory rolesBachelor Degree (Hospitality, Tourism, etc)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmlyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in hotel management softwareFluency in EnglishBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefit scheme above the lawPrivate Health InsuranceLife insuranceSaving Found and food coupons
