Job Title : Manager P&CI - Sales & Marketing/Commerce, BPLocation : BangaloreQualifications & Experience - CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA/MBA, 4 - 6 years of experience in internal controls, process improvement, risk management, or business partnering roles.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a dedicated business partner for commercial Sales and Marketing and business functions, provide guidance on process design and operational excellence.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to support business decisions with strong risk management and control design.Support automation and transformation initiatives, drive continuous improvement projectsDrive continuous optimization of end-to-end commercial processes through detailed process mapping, development of policies and SOPs, and alignment with best practices.Conduct periodic risk assessment including fraud risk assessment of key commercial processesMonitor and support timely closure of audit actions (Global Audit & Internal Audit)Conduct trainings and workshops relating to process controls, policies and compliance.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision makingDeep understanding of commercial processes Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.Sound understanding of governance, risk, and control principles.Exposure to Sales, Marketing, or Commercial functions, preferably in FMCG, beverage industriesExperience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
