Your Impact As Paid Social Manager, you will be the day-to-day steward of paid social. You will be responsible for management and execution of paid social media campaigns. This includes responsibility for paid social boosting strategy, campaign development, activation, and innovation. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with an expansive mind for approaching projects strategically, practically, and zealously.The Paid Social Manager will demonstrate expertise across all social platforms including Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others to continuously provide clients with best practices and recommendations for success.What You Will Be DoingBe responsible for spearheading paid social execution, including influencer marketingBe accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlinesProvide oversight of campaign implementation including traffic, QA, and other campaign related social media documentsLead strategic influencer partnerships, while leading the team through whitelisting/boosting processesBe accountable for pacing, bid adjustments, optimizations and managing account budgetsServe as main point of contact for social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and third-party partnersLiaise with other channel leads, creative, media planning, and account teamsEngage with internal and client social media teams for visibility, insight, and ability to leverage content development, content calendars and scheduled postsBuild strong relationships across client services team and with clientLead meetings and monthly reporting calls as neededAssist in providing social media expertise on new business pitches upon requestWho You Are5 years of hands on keys Paid Social experience (Experience with CPG/Food & Beverage would be an asset)Experience in influencer marketingComplete mastery of social platforms and third-party tools, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and morePassion for social media and extensive knowledge of emerging media technology and platformsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledgeComfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation, and analysisAbility to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environmentStrong project and resource management skillsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalExperience working with financial data and budgetsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationSolid writing skills, for both client facing communications and to summarize insights in a concise manner
