In this job you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Personal Lines sales team that consistently meets growth targets, delivers compliant client advice, and drives exceptional client experiences in linewith IntegriSure’s values of Heart, Proactive, and Integrity.Duties & responsibilitiesSales LeadershipDrive achievement of monthly and annual sales and quality targets across the Personal Lines team.Manage performance proactively through coaching, one-on-ones, and structured feedback.Oversee the full sales process. From lead allocation to conversion, to ensure efficiency and compliance.Translate strategy into daily, actionable sales activities that improve conversion and retention.Team Management & CoachingMotivate and develop Advisors through continuous learning, feedback, and skill development.Embed a coaching culture where success is measurable, feedback is welcomed, and accountability isclear.Lead by example in ethical sales conduct and adherence to FAIS and TCF principles.Conduct performance discussions, implement development plans, and manage underperformanceconstructively.Operational ExcellencePartner with IT, HR, QA and Learning & Development to enable the team with systems, tools, and training.Monitor productivity and capacity to ensure resources are optimally deployed.Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for trends, opportunities, andinterventions.Manage escalations and ensure client queries are resolved swiftly and professionally.Client ExperienceChampion the client perspective within the team—every sale must feel like good advice.Ensure high CSI results and client retention through consistent service excellence.Identify opportunities to improve client experience and team performance simultaneously.Reporting and InsightsProduce accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Analyse conversion trends, pipeline activity, and performance gaps to inform strategy.Translate data into actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness and service delivery.Present performance feedback to management with clear recommendations for optimisation.Continuous Improvement and InnovationIdentify process and system improvements that enhance conversion, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Champion innovation by testing and embedding new sales techniques, tools, and communicationapproaches.Encourage a learning mindset within the team — seeking smarter, faster, and more client-centric ways ofworking.Collaborate across departments to implement initiatives that streamline the end-to-end sales experience.Required competenciesEducation and ExperienceMatric (essential)FAIS-compliant (essential)RE5 (essential)KI (essential)Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a sales team within personal lines short-term insuranceProven record of achieving or exceeding sales and quality targetsUp to date with current CPD cycleSkills and attributesStrong leadership and coaching capabilityStrategic, data-driven thinker with operational disciplineExcellent communication and listening skillsGoal-oriented and persistent under pressureFlexible and adaptable to changing business demandsStrong ethical compass with client-centric decision-making
