They strengthen relationships with manufacturers and customers by providing expert support, innovative products, and tailored solutions to operators, designers, and contractors.Key Responsibilities:Review customer requests, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and equipment needs.Prepare detailed, accurate quotations using manufacturer catalogs, pricing systems (e.g., AutoQuotes/AQ360), and internal databases.Collaborate with outside sales representatives to align proposals with client budgets and project goals.Communicate with manufacturers to obtain updated pricing, product information, and availability.Recommend alternative products or value-engineered options to meet customer needs.Maintain organized records of quotations, revisions, and communications within CRM systems.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or quoting within the foodservice equipment or hospitality industry.Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and major manufacturers.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with AutoQuotes/AQ360 is a plus (training provided).Opportunity:Join a collaborative, close-knit team where accuracy, service, and teamwork drive success.
