Job Description

THE ROLEThe Manager Process and Support is responsible for leading key functions that enable the effective operation of the Housing Development Branch. This includes strategic workforce and resource planning, overseeing recruitment and FTE allocation, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities to support a capable and well‑structured branch. The position also provides stewardship of the branch's document and information management systems ensuring compliance with policy, maintaining secure and organised records, and guiding staff on best‑practice processes.The position drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance branch efficiency and performance in a complex and politically sensitive environment, including progressing improvement projects and leading cultural initiatives. It actively identifies and manages emerging issues and risks, working collaboratively with the Chief Development Officer and the Manager, Business Services to prioritise and resolve urgent matters. The role will be required to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders for Homes Victoria.Accountabilities IncludeManage the resource planning for the Housing Development branch including, recruitment and FTE planning, budgeting and coordination of onboarding, offboarding and induction of new starters.Manage and oversee the branches SharePoint and document management systems to ensure documentation is stored properly and securely in accordance with relevant policies and processes.Provide guidance and support to the branch about resource and document management processes.How To ApplyPlease open the position description to read more.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
