Job SummaryThe Manager, Product Development (Business Solutions) plays a strategic leadership role in driving the ideation, planning, and lifecycle management of enterprise business solutions. This position ensures all solutions align with EZECOM’s strategic goals, business growth priorities, and market opportunities. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, PMO, and other key departments to deliver innovative, profitable, and customer-centric solutions that strengthen EZECOM’s enterprise portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end product development process—from ideation, planning, and business case creation to launch and lifecycle management—for enterprise solutions.Develop robust business cases and financial projections to obtain Product Committee approval for new solutions or investments.Oversee the preparation of core product documentation including the Business Concept Document (BCD), Product Development Document (PDD), and Commercial Summary (CSES).Serve as Product Owner to manage development pipelines, track project progress, and ensure on-time delivery.Define and execute pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing to drive growth and profitability.Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze market response, and implement continuous improvements to maintain competitiveness and profitability.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).3–5 years of progressive experience in Product Management or Development within ICT, Telecommunications, or System Integration industries, including at least 2 years in a managerial or product leadership capacity.Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS, Contact Center).Proven experience in business case development, financial modeling, and project management.Ability to manage multiple projects, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive results under pressure.Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, setting goals, and maintaining accountability.
