The ideal candidate will have experience working across cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch, with a focus on aligning initiatives with both internal strategies and market opportunities.What are we expecting from this role?Proactively generate new product ideas and develop detailed business requirements that align with internal business strategies and market opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product design, product approval, implementation, marketing, and customer support—to bring products from concept to market.Execute the product roadmap effectively, ensuring milestones are met, and adapt strategies based on market changes and internal feedback.Monitor product performance using dashboards and key metrics, and analyze data to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely product updates, and supporting ongoing product maintenance activities.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product launches, ensuring that all products comply with regulatory and internal standards.Regularly report to the Head of Product Development, ensuring that the entire product portfolio is well-managed, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic objectives.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain product relevance and recommend timely product enhancements or new developments.Who are we looking for?Minimum 5 years of experience in product development.Preferably with knowledge of finance or insurance-related industryPrior track record of delivering projects and leading execution across functional teams and business units.Highly effective communicator who can clearly articulate technical and non-technical needs as well as present to senior management.Has a passion for analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with an agile team is a plus.Must be able to speak, write and understand English language.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
