You will foster a clear and shared mindset of continuous improvement and performance within the PtP teams, in close collaboration with key stakeholders.You will connect and align primarily with GBDS local teams, Procurement, IT, and Digital teams to execute your strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives. Below is a list of typical responsibilities:Focus on driving continuous improvement, while the Operations Managers handle the day-to-day running of the business—reflecting our 'Run and Improve' mindsetLead the end-to-end PtP Excellence team and govern all continuous improvement activities within the PtP domain globallyPromote continuous learning and development within the PtP teams by coordinating initiatives through the Excellence teamAct as the change and transformation owner for the end-to-end PtP process, tools, and ways of workingEnsure the appropriate governance structure and priorities are in place. The Global Manager PtP Excellence works in close collaboration with the GBDS local teams, Central IT team, Digital teams, and Procurement teams to execute the StP roadmap and drive continuous improvement. The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur or Budapest , it has a global scope of responsibility and requires limited travel.
