Job Purpose: The Associate Quality Management System manager is an essential position in ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. The position assists the QMS Manager in the management, development and implementation of a formal program to audit all areas related to QMS for compliance, integrity and accuracy. This individual also manages the VAS Operations handling with their establishment, implementation, and legal compliance. She will also act as the QMS Manager’s backup.Qualification:College graduateGood communication and presentation skillsStrong planning and organizing skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsHigh learning agilityHighly collaborativeCustomer CentricQuality Management SystemEnsures that Quality processes are established, implemented and maintained.Plans and coordinates the internal quality audit of the quality system.Attends third party auditors during site visits.Develop and maintain QA programs, plans and procedures at the site.Schedule, coordinate and conduct audit activities including internal and surveillance audits, principals’ visits/ audits, and suppliers’ audits.Work closely with Purchasing in establishing quality requirements for external suppliers, conducting suppliers’ quality audit, and evaluation of potential suppliers of products that may directly affect our products and services.Oversees quarantine and release of received and repacked stocks in warehouse and VAS Operations.Works with the QMS Supervisor for over-all quality assurance / quality control in operations/Approves and release batch release records of products from QMS Supervisor.Serves as the Quality Assurance lead as substitute for the QA Head for redressing activities at Glacier Warehouse and authorizes and releases batch release records for products from QC.Works with the Regulatory Manager for FDA updates, reports and compliance.
