Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in executing HR strategies and initiatives. This is a hands-on role that covers the full spectrum of recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee welfare, and HR operations. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience and supporting our talent acquisition goals.Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.Execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job postings.Manage postings across online job portals including Linkedin, JobStreet and other platforms.Employee Onboarding & OffboardingReview and implement effective onboarding and exit clearance processes.Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to culture, policies, and procedures.Continuously improve onboarding experiences based on feedback and best practices.HR OperationsHandle HR matters across the employee lifecycle.Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree. Professional certification in IHRP is preferred.Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and employment laws.Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, My Careers Future)Good communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and project management abilitiesAnalytical with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office/HR reporting tools.Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to change.Collaborative team player with a people-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
