You will shape the team’s strategy, support them in winning new business, and strengthen relationships with our existing clients.You will: Lead, coach, and inspire your team, fostering professional growth and a strong sense of ownership Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the wider European leadership team Support your team in complex sales cycles, helping close strategic deals and manage long-term client partnerships Strengthen collaboration across departments such as marketing, presales, and delivery to ensure consistent customer success Oversee key account renewals and major contract negotiations, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Represent Planon at events and client meetings, promoting our solutions and thought leadership across the Nordics This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance team management, strategic planning, and direct customer engagement.ProfileYou are an experienced sales leader who knows how to motivate people and drive results. You combine commercial awareness with a strong sense of collaboration and trust. You’re at your best when building relationships, developing your team, and guiding clients through complex challenges.You will thrive in this role if you:Have at least 3 years of experience leading a sales team within SaaS (including Professional Services is a bonus) Bring a successful track record in solution-based or value-based selling, ideally in PropTech Are fluent in English and Swedish, with flexibility to travel across the Nordics Have experience managing renewals, complex contract negotiations, and strategic accounts Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience We offerA healthy work-life balance with the flexibility of hybrid working.
