What The Role IsLevy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD)LIMD is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG) which contributes to pan-organisational efforts of building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy (SDL) Collection, and enforcement against external fraud and abuse.LIMD drives effective SDL collection and grant management to contribute towards the development of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem.Under the SDL Act, all employers are required to pay a monthly SDL for all their employees rendering services in Singapore. All SDL collected are channelled to the Skills Development Fund (SDF) to support workforce upgrading programmes and training grants to employers to defray their costs when they train their employees under the national CET eco-system.What You Will Be Working On Employer engagement Respond to employers’ enquiries Engage employers with outstanding Skills Development Levy for payment Track engagement statuses for management reporting Verification of employer information Engage employers to request for information Review information submitted by employers relating to their Skills Development Levy payables and record relevant observations Engage employers for clarifications on submitted information where necessary Make recommendations after completing review of the information for management decision Support the team in performing compliance audits Appeals management Review appeals submitted by employers and make recommendations in accordance with prevailing guidelines for management decision Other adhoc duties assigned by Team LeadWhat We Are Looking For Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently, with up to 3 years of work experience Candidates should:Be able to commit for the entire duration of the 1-year contractBe meticulous and detail-orientedBe mature to handle confidential informationPreferably have prior experience in handling diverse groups of customersPreferably have good working knowledge of excelPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Candidates are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include your CSP public profile in your resume.
