Required Qualifications : 2+ years as an SDR Manager or Team Lead managing outbound B2B sales teams.Proven ability to hit and exceed team quotas.Experience with dialer systems (Nooks, Orum, Kixie) and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Strong English communication (written and verbal).Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance improvement.Based in Central or South America and available during U.S. business hours.Compensation:$12.00/hour + up to $1,000/month in performance bonusesLocation: Remote — USA or Central or South America (U.S. business hours)Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, PanamaRoleYou’ll manage systems, data, and people — ensuring your team consistently builds pipeline, books meetings, and hits quota. You’ll also gain access to advanced sales frameworks including P10, RAP, AIDA, IMPACT, Sandler, and the 3Cs (Curiosity, Confidence, Conviction) to sharpen your leadership and sales process.If you’re a hands-on manager who thrives on metrics, accountability, and coaching — this is your next step up.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead and motivate SDRs to exceed meeting and pipeline creation goals.Run daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and performance reviews.Build a culture of accountability, energy, and professional growth.Systems & OperationsOversee SDR activities through dialer tools (Nooks, Orum, Kixie) to maximize connect rates.Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy in HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.Create dashboards to track KPIs like call volume, connect rate, meetings booked, and conversion ratios.Training & EnablementTeach and reinforce ProspectHunter’s frameworks (P10, RAP, AIDA, IMPACT, 3Cs).Coach reps in best-practice methodologies including Sandler, MEDDIC, and SPIN Selling.Identify weaknesses in tone, timing, and objection handling — and implement focused improvement plans.Process & CollaborationPartner with leadership and marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing.Test and iterate outbound cadences and SmartMail strategies for better connect and reply rates.Document and improve repeatable SDR playbooks to drive predictable pipeline growth.
